Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the technical roadmap and architecture for the Airflow platform, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability
• Design and implement solutions for complex technical challenges, including scheduling and hybrid/multi-cloud deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver core orchestration capabilities for the data platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 6+ years of experience
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Apache Airflow internals and complex DAG authoring/optimization
• Mastery in Python, with some experience in Java and cloud-native deployments
• Proven ability to lead technical projects across multiple teams without direct reporting authority
• Demonstrated ability to drive design and architectural decisions focusing on non-functional requirements
