Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to drive the evolution of cloud-based development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality technical solutions across multiple services
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while ensuring code quality and integration
• Own system health and quality, participate in on-call rotations, and drive the technical roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical discipline
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale system architecture and design in cloud-based environments
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Go, Ruby, Rust, Python, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, and Java
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
