Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Quality and Release Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for CI/CD and code quality platforms
• Design and build tooling and automation to enhance code quality across engineering teams
• Lead initiatives to improve automation, observability, and self-service capabilities for engineers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in platform or release engineering
• Proven track record in leading technical strategy for CI/CD or code quality systems
• Deep experience with Helm, ArgoCD, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Kubernetes
• Strong background in Python, Go, or Rust for automation and systems development
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and practices
