Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Developer Productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end deployment strategy, including CI pipelines and production rollout
• Own and evolve the GitOps-based deployment platform, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Design and implement progressive delivery mechanisms and establish best practices for CI/CD and release engineering

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Deep expertise in modern deployment systems, including Kubernetes and GitOps workflows
• Experience designing and scaling CI/CD systems for large engineering organizations
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (Docker), and distributed systems
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Pulumi or Terraform
