Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the vision and technical roadmap for the enterprise data architecture, ensuring scalability and governance
• Lead the design of data models and implement data quality frameworks to support enterprise metrics and analytics
• Define and deliver core data products and ensure production data meets defined SLAs for reporting and analytics

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in building and maintaining scalable data platforms
• Demonstrated impact at a Staff level, leading cross-team technical initiatives
• Deep experience with cloud data ecosystems and modern data warehouses
• Strong background in data modeling and designing reusable data products
• Hands-on experience with data quality and governance frameworks in regulated environments
