Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the architecture, design, and delivery of authentication, authorization, and access control systems
• Build and maintain production-grade services using C#/.NET and microservices architecture on AWS
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams to solve complex problems in identity and access management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering production systems at scale
• Expert proficiency in C#/.NET and experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
• Strong AWS public cloud experience; familiarity with Azure is a plus
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives across teams
