Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to shape the pull request and code review experience for developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality solutions for the pull request and code review workflow
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while ensuring code quality and maintainability
• Drive the technical roadmap for pull requests and code review, incorporating new technologies as needed

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline
• Experience in maintaining and delivering production software in languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python
• Experience building and operating large-scale web applications
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives
• Track record of mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar across a team
