Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive SRE technical strategy in observability, incident management, and reliability engineering
• Lead multi-quarter SRE initiatives and define SLIs/SLOs for critical business flows
• Mentor engineers and communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems/infrastructure engineering
• Deep expertise in observability tooling and strong command of Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
• Experience defining and operating SLIs and SLOs in production environments
• Strong incident management experience, including on-call and post-mortems
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional reliability initiatives
