Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Fraud.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, implementation, and long-term roadmap for fraud prevention systems
• Own the end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional projects, translating high-impact problems into strategy and execution
• Design and operate backend systems for real-time scoring and decisioning in fraud prevention

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of software development experience, primarily focused on backend development
• Experience as a technical lead making architectural decisions and understanding their long-term impact
• Product-minded with experience in building and shipping new products
• Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders and resolve cross-team issues
• Experience in fintech, fraud systems, or the broader risk domain is a strong plus
