Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to develop applications that integrate with their SaaS platform for critical event management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support software solutions for the critical event management platform and related applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and maintain software quality
• Implement microservices architectures and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability with database schema design and SQL/NoSQL solutions like MongoDB
• Experience with CI/CD principles, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability in building microservices using Java and Spring
• Experience writing scalable multi-threaded Java applications
