Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical roadmap for activation backend systems, focusing on user experience
• Drive backend engineering across APIs, event pipelines, and recommendation serving
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product teams to translate user problems into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building large-scale backend systems in consumer internet companies
• 2+ years of experience as a senior individual contributor on cross-team projects
• Strong product mindset with a focus on identifying impactful technical problems
• Experience in systems design for distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
