Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - CRM - LATAM (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered relationship intelligence systems for data enrichment and proactive recommendations
• Evolve autonomous conversational AI systems for lead nurturing across extensive contact lists
• Design a unified contact data model integrating various data sources for a comprehensive CRM solution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior or staff-level roles
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Experience with scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred)
• Strong understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems, and distributed databases
• Proven track record leading high-impact initiatives in a SaaS environment
