Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack.

Key Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of product space and deliver high-impact products in collaboration with Product Managers and engineers
• Lead the design and implementation of full-stack and backend solutions, creating architectural documents and proofs of concept
• Collaborate across teams to define solutions and provide direction on technical tradeoffs aligned with product goals and engineering standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of leading medium-to-large projects
• Demonstrated full-stack expertise, including backend services, data persistence, and modern frontend frameworks like React/TypeScript
• Proficiency in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred) and relational databases (Postgres)
• Commitment to continuous learning, strong ownership of outcomes, and collaboration within an inclusive engineering culture
• Experience with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7v2, or X12 is preferred
