Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of major systems and services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements that meet client needs and business objectives
Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve team efficiency and software performance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
8-12 years of related work experience
AI experience or a willingness to learn AI development
Strong C# experience is required; Python experience is a plus
Cloud platform experience (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure transferable) and NoSQL database experience are valued
