Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, deploy, and operate backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems
• Lead the design and delivery of larger features or systems, breaking down ambiguous problems into clear technical plans
• Mentor and support other engineers through pairing, feedback, and technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and operating products backed by ML/AI systems
• Organizational level technical leader with a strong track record of mentoring engineers
• Hands-on engineer who enjoys writing code and debugging real production issues
• Experienced in scaling systems and resolving performance, reliability, and data correctness issues
• Comfortable speaking directly with users to understand their needs and design solutions
