Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Database Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable database infrastructure solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on MySQL and database administration
• Develop and maintain tooling for database operations and self-service for developers

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent educational background with relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience using monitoring tools to diagnose performance or availability issues
• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining databases at scale, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
