Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer who will lead a team in software design, development, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team operations, including standups and performance evaluations
• Produce architectural documentation and implementation plans while adhering to guidelines
• Develop software across the stack and write automated tests

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in .NET and/or Java, with experience in modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with AWS, relational databases, and VOIP/Telephony protocols
