Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, AI & Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integration architecture and set the technical direction for external system connections to the AI
• Build the connective infrastructure for AI, expanding its capabilities across the customer's tech stack
• Collaborate with product and design teams to address product-level challenges and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a history of shipping large-scale products
• Proven ownership of domains end to end with minimal oversight
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools in daily work
• Deep experience or willingness to learn TypeScript, React, Go, and PostgreSQL
• Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to analyze root causes of complex issues
