Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving complex software systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems and applications
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, including mentoring and code reviews
• Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet performance, reliability, and security requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong track record
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java and Python
• Experience with API frameworks and a deep understanding of relational and NoSQL database systems
