Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Builder Tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and evolution of internal engineering tooling to improve builder flow
• Define best practices and drive adoption of AI coding tools through guidance and automation
• Architect, develop, and operate internally facing agents that scale across teams and use cases

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in production-quality internal platforms
• Experience with modern agentic coding tools and driving their adoption
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Experience in architecting and scaling workflow automation or internal tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and translate needs into scalable solutions
