Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Web Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own the architecture of a real-time content platform, including data models and APIs
• Build backend services for collaborative editing and frontend systems for real-time editing experiences
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product and design teams to translate technical strategies into actionable plans

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with full product lifecycle ownership
• Genuine full-stack capability, with experience in backend and frontend development
• Experience with real-time or collaborative systems and cloud-native environments
• Strong API design expertise, including REST and GraphQL
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
