Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - OrderAI.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and support existing and new functionality with a focus on LLM-powered features
• Write high-quality code following best practices for coding, compliance, security, and performance
• Mentor software engineers and help troubleshoot issues while identifying bug fixes

Required Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience, recommended 10+ years
• Demonstrated success delivering SaaS, E-Commerce, or consumer-facing applications/APIs
• Deep experience with distributed systems, cloud environments (Azure preferred), and modern architectures
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including C# and Azure
• Experience with LLM prompt and context engineering is preferred
