Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - FPGA Logic Synthesis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development of novel algorithms for logic synthesis and optimization
• Deliver improvements in quality of results (QOR), runtime, and memory
• Modernize and extend mature C++ codebases and design new technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and optimization
• Solid programming skills in C++
• Experience with logic synthesis, EDA tools, or related optimization engines
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, distributed engineering environment
