• Proven track record as a staff engineer with experience in software architecture
• Experience with AI coding agents and integrating AI into development processes
• Strong system design instincts and pragmatic approach to building in ambiguous environments
• Deep practical experience with modern engineering workflows, including CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated history of rapid prototyping and delivering functional products
