Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Platform & Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape core areas of Platform Infrastructure including compute, orchestration, and data platform
• Design and drive platform architecture and roadmap to support AI/ML portfolio scaling
• Act as the team's technical lead, mentoring engineers and defining quarterly roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling data-intensive, distributed backend systems
• 5+ years as a Senior/Staff engineer in platforms, tools, or infrastructure
• Depth in at least two areas: Compute, Orchestration, or Data Platform
• Hands-on experience with Python, Golang, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Kubernetes
• Strong fundamentals in IaC, observability, and SRE practices
