Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - HighJump.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and make core decisions related to software development and architecture
• Provide technical mentorship and guide engineering teams based on technology and market trends
• Contribute to engineering efforts from design to implementation, addressing complex technical challenges

Required Qualifications

• Preferred B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent 4-year degree, or High School diploma with 9+ years of relevant work experience
• Minimum five (5)+ years of experience in software engineering/development
• Experience in Agile methodologies and managing software development projects
• 4+ years of experience as a technical lead on a software engineering team
• Experience with HighJump, AWS, and various programming languages including Java, SQL, or C#
