Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain codebase for AI-forward development
• Build and manage the AI-native development platform, including CI/CD pipelines
• Drive adoption of AI workflows across engineering teams and define governance policies

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience focused on platform, infrastructure, or developer experience
• Strong software fundamentals with experience in system design and production code
• Experience architecting for extensibility and maintainability in codebases
• Track record of driving cross-team technical initiatives
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and hands-on experience with AI coding tools
