Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to develop and execute technical strategies for an engineering team focused on consumer lending automation.

Key Responsibilities

Build customer-facing software products using various technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, and React/Redux
Drive the technical direction of the team and optimize engineering processes and best practices
Mentor and onboard new engineers while providing operational support for production application systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields; equivalent experience may substitute
6+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership in large-scale system design and deployment
Strong experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS
Experience with containerized environments, specifically Docker
