Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, SDK.

Key Responsibilities

• Own core parts of the open-source SDK and manage the experiment data flow into the platform
• Develop performance-sensitive runtime systems for reliable data movement across various environments
• Set technical direction, collaborate with other teams, and mentor junior engineers

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on production systems in Python and/or Go
• Proven experience in designing and evolving complex systems with significant user impact
• Familiarity with developer tools, networked services, and data systems
• Experience in building reliable systems or pipelines emphasizing correctness and resilience
• End-to-end ownership mindset with the ability to scope problems and iterate effectively
