Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, AI & Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integration architecture and set the technical direction for external system connections to the AI
• Build the connective infrastructure for AI, expanding its context and capabilities across the customer's tech stack
• Collaborate with product and design teams to solve product-level problems and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping large-scale products
• Experience in owning domains end to end and making independent architectural decisions
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and a willingness to engage with TypeScript, React, Go, and PostgreSQL
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped products, especially in 0-to-1 settings
• A customer-centric mindset and a deep focus on root cause analysis
