Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the platform foundation, including the MCP Gateway and shared RAG services
• Set technical direction through design documents and ship the components
• Own reliability, observability, and developer ergonomics

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping and operating AI platform components in production
• Owned a backend service end-to-end
• Proficient in multiple programming languages (Python, Node, .NET)
• Familiar with various data stores (relational, NoSQL, object/blob, vector, document)
• Fluency in infrastructure tools (Terraform, IAM, networking)
