Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, AI & Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integration architecture and set the technical direction for external systems connecting to the AI
• Build the connective tissue for AI, expanding its context and action pathways across the customer's tech stack
• Collaborate with product and design teams to solve product-level problems and ship features quickly

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping large-scale products
• Demonstrated experience in ownership of domains and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and the ability to evaluate their effectiveness
• Deep experience with TypeScript, React, Go, and PostgreSQL, or a willingness to learn
• Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
