Job Summary

Staff Software Engineer is a full-time remote position focused on designing and building AI-native services for international markets, enhancing product localization and engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality APIs and services for international adaptation of products
• Collaborate with AI tools to streamline workflows and improve engineering practices
• Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building and operating consumer-scale services
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs)
• Strong proficiency in Java, AWS, and cloud development
• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience with agentic workflows and prompt engineering
