Staff Software Engineer, a full-time position focused on owning the architecture of new features and integrations, driving technical design decisions, and mentoring engineers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of new features and integrations, ensuring scalable outcomes
• Drive alignment across engineering teams on integration standards and best practices
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and pair programming

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience delivering high-quality production software
• Proficiency in C# and .NET
• Experience with Active Directory and delivering on-premises-installed products
• Experience building and interacting with RESTful APIs and front-end development (e.g., React and Typescript)
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS or Azure
