Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Staff Software Engineer, responsible for leading technical design and architectural direction for the Care & Onboarding platforms in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the Care & Onboarding platforms, driving architectural decisions
• Lead design and delivery of large-scope initiatives, coordinating across teams and stakeholders
• Set and maintain high engineering quality through code contributions, design reviews, and mentorship

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex backend systems at scale
• Mastery of Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language
• Deep proficiency in API lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of query languages, data modeling, and data distribution
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
