Job Summary

Staff Software Engineer, responsible for leading technical initiatives, advocating for AI development practices, and building scalable systems in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development
• Champion AI practices within the engineering organization to enhance productivity
• Design and maintain robust systems that prioritize security and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Mastery of large-scale services using Ruby, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PHP
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and relational databases (MySQL/Postgres)
• Experience with AWS infrastructure (Aurora, RDS, SQS)
• Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field
• Ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders effectively
