Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Staff Software Engineer, responsible for leading an engineering team to develop AI-powered document intelligence platforms in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in designing and implementing document processing pipelines and AI integration
• Own the technical strategy for structured document extraction and ensure operational excellence
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to team members while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI/ML, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of backend and/or ML engineering experience with increasing technical leadership
• Deep expertise in Python and experience with document processing pipelines
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems and cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end and mentor engineers effectively
