Job Summary

Staff Software Engineer, responsible for leading technical strategy and driving subscription growth experiments in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction for subscription growth experiments across various platforms
• Design and implement rapid experiments to optimize conversion, retention, and engagement
• Mentor engineers through code and design reviews to enhance team knowledge and performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in consumer subscription growth
• Proven track record of technical leadership and influencing engineering practices
• Full-stack engineering proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript and familiarity with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with subscription growth systems such as Stripe, Segment, or Amplitude
• Data literacy with the ability to write SQL and analyze experiment results
