Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Staff Software Engineer, responsible for developing new Embedded Finance capabilities in a full-time remote position, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust and scalable full-stack software applications in collaboration with design, product, QA, and engineering teams
• Participate in architectural discussions and provide design feedback while mentoring team members
• Advocate for best coding practices and leverage AI tools to enhance development workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of back-end experience in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages
• Proficient with modern web standards and technologies such as REST and GraphQL
• Experience with distributed systems, enterprise messaging systems, and/or microservices
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable services to production
• Strong interest in user satisfaction and product usability
