Job Summary

Staff Software Engineer, responsible for leading the design and delivery of complex software solutions for catering and events in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of high-impact software initiatives across multiple teams
• Own and evolve the architecture of critical systems for scalability and reliability
• Act as a technical leader and mentor, promoting best practices in engineering excellence

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading large-scale, distributed systems in production environments
• Strong backend expertise, preferably in Java or Kotlin
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable architectures and make technical tradeoffs
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring engineers
• Deep understanding of microservices architectures and operational considerations
