Job Summary

Staff Software Engineer, responsible for owning the integration architecture and building connective systems for AI, in a full-time, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integration architecture and set the technical direction for external system connections to the AI
• Build the connective tissue for AI, enhancing its context and action pathways across customer tech stacks
• Collaborate with product and design teams to solve product-level problems and mentor junior engineers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping large-scale products
• Proven experience in Staff or Principal-level ownership of projects with minimal oversight
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and a strong opinion on their application
• Deep experience or willingness to learn TypeScript, React, Go, and PostgreSQL
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building for end-users
