Job Summary

Staff Software Engineer, responsible for owning the integration architecture and building AI connective solutions in a full-time, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integration architecture and set technical direction for external system connections to AI
• Build and expand the connective pathways for AI to enhance its functionality across customer tech stacks
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure integrations meet customer needs and ship high-quality features quickly

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping large-scale products
• Experience in making architectural decisions and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools in daily work
• Deep experience or willingness to learn TypeScript, React, Go, and PostgreSQL
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on building meaningful solutions
