Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Acting independently, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will participate in and may lead the technical design and implementation of new products or enhancements, collaborating cross-functionally in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the development cycle, including concept, technical design, prototype, code development, testing, and release to QA
• Lead the technical design and implementation of new products or enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience in software development and engineering practices
• Proven ability to lead technical design efforts
• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Residency within 70 miles of specified office locations
