Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Staff Software Engineer for the Patient Matching team, who will design and build scalable systems to enhance patient-provider matching experiences while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve systems for provider search, ranking, availability, eligibility, and booking experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with patient and business outcomes
• Mentor engineers and enhance team effectiveness by unblocking peers and raising the technical bar

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building and maintaining scalable, production-ready systems
• Strong expertise in API design and data modeling for reliable and performant systems
• Proven experience in advanced system architecture and technical leadership across teams
• Excellent collaboration skills to build consensus and clarify ambiguous problem spaces
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and understanding their impact on delivery and risk
