Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Financial Audit team, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will set technical direction, tackle complex engineering challenges, and design agent-driven workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set technical direction for agentic financial audit experiences and make architectural decisions
• Own and resolve complex engineering problems independently
• Design and build workflows that integrate AI autonomy with human judgment

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer with a history of managing large projects
• Ability to set technical direction at the team or organizational level
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and their application in engineering
• Capacity to quickly acquire deep domain knowledge relevant to financial auditing
• Experience in mentoring and developing other engineers through collaboration
