Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a Staff Software Engineer for the Asset Movement teams, the full-time remote position will define technical strategies and architect scalable systems for seamless digital asset transfers, collaborating across teams to enhance performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement technical strategy for stablecoin infrastructure platforms across crypto, fiat, and orchestration rails
• Architect core reusable services and APIs to facilitate reliable and compliant asset movement
• Lead cross-team projects to improve performance, observability, security, and developer experience

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems in high-growth technology companies
• Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from conception to delivery
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance systems
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
