Job Summary

Driving technical strategy and implementation of growth initiatives, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will lead complex projects, mentor talent, and enhance user acquisition and retention in a remote setting.

• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python)
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing across a broad range of stakeholders
• Experience introducing new architecture and design concepts aligned with organizational strategies
