Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of platform products, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and build full-stack features using Node.js and React in a remote, Kubernetes-native microservices environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack platform features while driving architecture decisions for scalability and maintainability
• Establish TypeScript best practices across frontend and backend codebases and collaborate with AI/ML teams on enterprise-scale workflows
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT roles
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js and React as a primary full-stack
• Strong TypeScript expertise, including experience with tools like webpack, Babel, or NestJS
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-native platform development
• Exposure to AI/ML product contexts
