Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design, build, and support a digital product suite focused on scale, stability, and user experience, while working remotely and mentoring other engineers.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with business stakeholders to translate goals into technical architecture and requirements
• Produce scalable and maintainable technical solutions that meet business needs
• Lead and mentor software engineers in best engineering practices and modern technologies

Required qualifications:

• Deep understanding and experience with front-end applications, APIs, and back-end services
• Experience with modern technologies such as JavaScript, Node, AWS, and React
• Strong understanding of web solutions and mobile impacts
• Experience hosting application services on cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience in healthcare or virtual care is strongly preferred
