Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing AI engineering organization, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will build and maintain the platform foundation, including the MCP Gateway and shared RAG services, while operating remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build the platform foundation and ship core components
• Set technical direction through design documents and ensure reliability and observability
• Track the AI tooling ecosystem and manage services end-to-end

Required qualifications

• Experience shipping and operating AI platform components in production
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Node, and .NET
• Familiarity with various data stores including relational, NoSQL, and vector databases
• Experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform and IAM
• Comfort with ambiguity and a pragmatic technology judgment
